Return Policy

1. Right of Return

If at any time you’re unable to keep your poodle puppy—due to health, family circumstances, or other unforeseen reasons—the puppy must be returned to Your Perfect Match Poodle. Selling, surrendering to a shelter, or rehoming with someone else is not allowed, as our primary concern is your puppy’s lifelong wellbeing. Many responsible breeders include a lifetime return clause to avoid mistreatment or shelter placement.


2. No-Refund vs. Replacement Options

What to do if you don’t want your puppy anymore?
We genuinely care about the happiness of our clients and their new pups. It’s essential that both you and your furry friend feel comfortable in this new journey together. If, for any reason not backed by a veterinary statement, you need to return the animal to Your Perfect Match Poodle within 5 days of purchase, we’ll gladly accept them back and issue a 75% refund of the purchase price. If there’s a different reason for the return, we’ll make sure to refund 100%. Remember, we’re here to help with any concerns or issues you might face—don’t hesitate to reach out to us!


3. Health Guarantee & Veterinarian Review

  • All puppies undergo a veterinary health check before going to their new homes (including vaccination and deworming) .

  • If a health problem arises, you must:

    1. Have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within the specified time window.

    2. Provide the vet report and allow us to speak directly with the vet.

    3. Return the puppy promptly (usually within 7 days of diagnosis) to qualify for a refund or replacement.


4. Transportation & Return Logistics

  • Puppies being returned should be transported safely back to us. We can assist with recommendations or arrange transport if needed.

  • Any transportation costs incurred by returning the puppy are to be covered by the buyer, consistent with standard breeder practices.


5. Ownership Termination

Once you return the puppy, all rights and responsibilities are transferred back to Your Perfect Match Poodle. Any health guarantees or obligations provided to the buyer will cease upon return.


6. Deposits & Price Adjustments

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel your reservation for reasons such as an unsuitable home environment .

  • If a puppy is returned and we agree to re-home it, refunds or replacements will be processed according to the guidelines above.


7. Buyer Responsibilities

To maintain eligibility for refund or replacement:

  • Follow up-to-date vaccination schedules.

  • Provide proper veterinary care.

  • Notify us immediately if any serious health or behavioral issues arise.

  • Do not rehome, de-shelter, or surrender the puppy without our prior agreement.


8. Contractual Compliance

Our full Purchase Agreement includes these terms and will be sent to you before any deposit is taken. We encourage all buyers to read it thoroughly and ask questions. A transparent contract ensures clarity and builds trust
